Roy photographs street musicians in front of the Byrd Theatre in Careytown as the theatre manager tries to push past and tell the performers to get out of his line. They respond that they are his line because they have tickets for the show.

Roy and Kristi photograph and record street performers in front of the Byrd Theatre during a multimedia assignment to document Richmond at night. The theatre is known for its ornate interior. It was built in 1928 and is a State and National Historic Landmark.

Tonya spins cotton into yarn with a drop spindle during a session of the Worldwide Media retreat in Richmond.
