Margaret Bryan
For those of you who care about and pray for Margaret — and have asked why I haven't posted anything new on her — she is still barely with us. The images are no longer here and I won't be posting any more at the request of my wife. They were disturbing to her sister.

Bill, Please tell your sister-in-law while I understand where she is coming from and it is of course her call, many of us have been in the same situation you all are in now. Each new picture of Margaret brought me back to my family and I going through this with my grandmother. While remembering my grandmother this way is difficult, it has also sparked many wonderful conversations about her and her life that we would have never had if these images were not up. I'm sorry that you had to remove the pictures of your dying mother in law but I just wanted you to know that I felt that they were taken with great sensitivity and compassion. Thanks so much for the sharing of a truly difficult situation with your readers. BTW - the temporary display of those photos prompted me (and I'm sure others) to pray for her, Diane and her sister. You did your job brother and that prompted others to be involved on a scale that you may never realize.
